This Privacy Policy describes how the Avariono mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our language learning services. The App is available on Google Play.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Audio data (microphone)
The App requests access to your device microphone only to provide real-time speech recognition and pronunciation feedback during learning activities.
- Audio is processed for learning purposes and is not sold by us.
- We do not use microphone recordings for advertising or unrelated purposes.
- Processing may involve trusted third-party speech or cloud services configured for the App.
4. Payment-related information
If you purchase premium content, payment is processed by Google Play (and related billing partners). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, and subscription or entitlement status through Google Play and our purchase validation provider (for example RevenueCat) to unlock paid features in the App.
5. Data collected via Firebase and similar services
We use Google Firebase and related infrastructure, which may process:
- Authentication data
- Database records (profile and learning progress)
- Analytics and performance metrics
- Crash and error reports
- Security signals (for example App Check) to protect backend services

- Include the email address linked to your Avariono account.

- Account credentials and profile information
- Learning progress and related app usage data stored in our systems
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Minimal data may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
Permissions on Your Device
The App may request device permissions, including:
- Microphone — for pronunciation and speech practice features
- Network access — to sync progress and use online learning features
You can revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may no longer work.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
